Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law University of Rijeka

The Faculty publishes Collected Papers of the University of Rijeka Faculty of Law three times a year since 2016 (ISSN 1330-349X). Collected Papers has been published since 1980, and since 1995 it was published twice a year. Since 2005, Collected Papers is published in print and in electronic form (ESSN 1846-8314).

Collected Papers is intended for legal scholars and practitioners, and both scientific and professional papers are published in it. Papers in the journal are published in Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian, Bosnian, English, German, and Italian. Abstracts of all papers are published in English, German and Italian.

Received papers undergo blind review by two reviewers from different institutions from Croatia and other European countries. Scientific papers published in the Collected Papers are indexed in Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) - Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), HeinOnline (Law Journal Library  and Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals) (William S. Hein & Co., Inc., USA), Sociological Abstracts, Worldwide Political Science Abstracts – CSA (Proquest), Linguistic and Language Behavior Abstracts  – CSA (ProQuest), Political Science Complete  (EBSCO), Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the Portal of scientific journals of Croatia (Hrčak). Collected Papers has the status of an internationally recognised scientific journal in accordance with the Regulations on the requirements for election into research positions. Collected Papers is published with the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.

Collected Papers is an open access journal. Journal does not charge article processing charges (APC) to authors. It is licensed under CC BY-NC licence https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/.
