Members of the Chair hold classes at the Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Study of Law, the Postgraduate Specialist Study in Law of European Integrations, the Postgraduate Specialist Study in Corporate Finance Law, Postgraduate Doctoral Study Programme in the field of Social Sciences, the subject of Law, the Undergraduate Professional Study Programme in Administrative Studies and the Specialist Graduate Professional Study in Public Administration.
Also, members of the Chair are engaged in scientific and highly qualified work by participating in national scientific and professional projects, organising scientific and professional consulting and lifelong learning programmes, as well as presenting at international and national scientific and professional conferences and meetings. In addition to organising and preparing educational activities in the courses conducted by the Chair, its members are actively contributing to the development of science with the publications of their scientific and professional papers. In 2012, Prof. Dario Đerđa, Ph.D., was the recipient of the Recognition of the Foundation Jadranko Crnić, Ph.D., for his published book “Comment of the Law on Administrative Disputes”, which has contributed to the improvement of the legal profession.
Certainly, it should be noted that the members of the Chair are actively involved in the work of groups involved in drafting and monitoring the implementation of legal texts, government bodies, professional associations and other organisations at the local (regional) and national level whereby they are contributing to the achievement of valuable social goals. Through their work, the members of the Chair are devoting efforts to respond to current normative and implementation questions which are dealt with in the Croatian administrative law.
